Can I test the Mux plugin before I buy?
You are able to test the plugin like Craft on a non-public domain as long as you need. Like Craft you only need to purchase a license when you go live.
How many sites does a license cover?
One license per Craft license.
Do I need a Mux account to use the plugin?
Yes you will need to get a Mux account to use the plugin. You can sign up for an account and use Mux free for development. It will allow you to upload videos and only create a 10 second version of that video for development purposes (* the videos only lasts 24 hours and are automatically deleted from the Mux account). Then when you are ready to go live upgrade your account and upload your full videos.
